Adult Consulting Sessions
The Intake Session is intended to help understand you or your family and needs more. This is a one time initial session required for all new clients for consultation services only. These extensive assessments help give a glimpse into your daily life to design a recipe for success. After the intake session is complete, you will be able to choose your next steps. FRESH will recommend a plan suitable for you, or you and your family, that will be most beneficial. However, you are free to create your own plan to success.
Intake sessions take approximately 1-2 hours and can be held in the comfort of your own home.
Must have access to internet as these sessions are held remotely by webcam.

Consulting sessions are designed to be individual sessions with an adult, parent or caregiver. Without too many limitations these one- on-one Consulting sessions can include
- life skills
- strategies and inventions
- caregiver support
-parent coaching
- co-parenting
- resource referrals or suggestions
- education support
- healthy habits
- self-care
- and more
These sessions are held remotely or in-person. Must have access to internet for remote sessions as these sessions are held via webcam, or may be held by telephone upon request. In-person sessions are *in area only. *In area refers to El dorado County and surrounding areas

Adolescent Consulting Session
Adolescent Consulting Sessions are intended to better support the adolescent or the adolescent and family. These sessions are designed to work directly with the adolescent toward their individual needs, or with the adolescent(s) and caregiver together toward the family’s goals. They allow for more overall effectiveness in creating a recipe for success.
May include additional 15 minute (approx.) consultation with caregiver outside of session.
Sessions are held remotely or in-person. Must have access to internet for telecommunication remote sessions as these sessions are held via webcam. In-person sessions are *in area only. *In area refers to El Dorado County and surrounding areas.

Family Consulting Sessions are intended to better support the family. These sessions are designed to work with two or more members of a family together toward the family’s goals. These sessions support conflict resolution, promote understanding, and help to strengthen bonds. May include additional 15 minute (approx.) consultation outside of session. Sessions are held remotely or in-person. Must have access to internet for telecommunication remote sessions as these sessions are held via webcam. In-person sessions are *in area only. *In area refers to El Dorado County and surrounding areas.

These classes are offered via webcam. Must have access to device and internet.
Classes are designed to teach students life skills that are structured by age or skills based groups.
Looking for support groups for you or your child? Get support with knowledge and gain new skills.
Classes are offered on a rotating schedule. Classes run per session and are held once a week for approximately 5 weeks in length. Support groups are typically held once a month.

Offered for 6th-8th grade, & 9-12th grade

Learn more about your community and it’s needs while discovering more about your compassion and self. Continue your character development by finding a way to contribute in your community. For kids, teens and young adults to learn learn life skills including healthy lifestyle, self motivation, responsibility, resume building, job search, budgeting, meal planning, time management, and more.
Feelings and Friendships
k-3 social skills class
Learn about feelings. Naming feelings, appropriate responses to feeling, identify peers feeling, and conflict resolution.
Adolescent Support Group
A support group for adolescents
Share challenges and ideas. Learn new strategies and helpful educational topics to apply to your life. These classes are offered for children 1st grade and up and are divided into appropriate age groups.
Caregiver Support Group
A support group for caregivers
Share challenges and ideas. Learn new strategies and helpful educational topics to apply to your life and your parenting.
Parenting Classes
Designed to help the parent better understand their child's developmental stages, and what to expect in the years to come. Learn successful parenting strategies, increase your confidence, and gain knowledge on the skills you will need to help decrease anxiety and help increase your capability. This class also helps learn stress management, conflict resolution, and healthy coping strategies.
