Locations Served -
FRESH offers remote consultation nation wide and serves El Dorado County and surrounding areas for in person sessions. In person sessions can be in your own home or at an approved community location.
FRESH offers clients remote sessions through webcam, phone and other electronic devices making it easier to serves clients throughout the states with access to internet and a webcam.

About the Owner -
Krista Kent has worked to serve individuals, children and families in the community her entire career. As a Rehabilitation Practitioner, her knowledge, experience, and educational background include extensive experience that help to benefit individuals and families in need.
Through her experience and passion, she provides evidence to her commitment to working with individuals, children and families, and her capabilities, knowledge and skills. Her career has led to over 15 years of working with children and families. More than 10 years working with at-risk youth and families, over 8 years of non-profit experience, 8 plus years working in metal heath, crisis, psychiatric rehabilitation, behavioral health and community outreach, 4 plus years working with special needs, and 3 years in social work. She has enjoyed the opportunities she’s been given to work with many diverse populations. “I believe we are always learning, teaching one another and leading to further growth.”
Her experiences have helped her to grow in her professional and personal development, while helping others.
Krista received her undergraduate degrees in Early Childhood Education and in Psychology and pursued her learning further in Clinical Counseling and Holistic Health Education including Ayurveda and Reiki.
Krista believes in a client centered, humanistic and holistic approach, while specializing in behavioral therapy. Her education and experience, along with her passion, make her highly experienced, with exceptional skills, and always expending knowledge to better serve you.
